About Us

PICQ is a non-profit community incorporated association, managed by volunteer representatives of member community groups and individuals who believe in the collective voice for the benefit of all Pacific Islanders.

From the many, diverse Pacific Island nation organisations and communities in Queensland, we come together as a collective to represent the voice and views of our people to local, state, federal government and wider community.

Through our subcommittees, volunteers, networks and working groups, we are the Qld Pacific voice in the areas of: Climate Change, Justice, Youth Empowerment, Women welfare and leadership, Mens Mental Health and Well Being, Pacific Church Leaders, Seasonal Worker Program and Pacific Labour Scheme and so much more.
